Dialouge Café Smart Green Cities Conference
The conference is arranged by URBAN-NEXUS, an EU-funded project that aims to disseminate research on the means by which smart green cities can be achieved through integrated urban governance. The Bristol conference will present the key findings from the synthesis of this research and develop these further through discussion and dialogue with between academics, policy makers and practitioners.
This is the final event in a series of events hosted by URBAN-NEXUS and will bring together the themes of urban climate resilience, health and quality of life, and competing for urban land into a framework for achieving smart green cities. Delegates from throughout Europe will have the opportunity to hear the state-of-the-art in European research, debate the core issues of smart green cities, visit city-based demonstrations, as well as enjoying the delights of the harbourside in Bristol, European Green Capital 2015.
